Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Pre-orders
Beard & Scalp Oil is currently on pre-order. Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. Stock arrival, shipment, and delivery are separate steps:
- Stock arrival. Stock is expected to reach us on October 31, 2026. This is not the date your order ships.
- Shipment. Pre-orders are the first to ship once stock arrives, after processing (see Processing time). We will email you tracking when your order ships.
- Delivery. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 business days in transit.
Cancelling. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Contact us with your order number, as described in our Refund Policy.
Delays. If the stock date changes and we cannot ship your pre-order by the date we gave you, we will email you before that date with a revised date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.
Processing time
Once a product is in stock, orders are packed and handed to the carrier within To confirm: processing time (for example, 1–2 business days). Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships from our U.S. facility. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers can be delayed by weather, peak seasons, and other events outside our control.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. If you have a customer account, you can also check your order status there. We ship with To confirm: carrier(s).
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can change the address until the order ships. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange next steps.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or it shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your building’s mail area first, then contact us with your order number To confirm: within how many days of the expected delivery date. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and To confirm: remedy for lost packages (for example, send a replacement or refund the order).

Sales tax
Prices on the Site do not include sales tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay.
